a) I agree because we learn about our mistakes and when we learn from our mistakes we gain more knowledge.

b) My biggest failure was to get all F's on my report card in 7th grade. It afeected me because the teachers believed in me and I left them down. I learned that if I am to succeed I have to start doing better in school.
